It's not one of his best, but it's a sweet little movie.

Best of the five I've seen.

That's because you're in the Axis of Imbecile Movie Reviewers.

Lawrence of Arabia, on blu ray with amazing image quality. Magnificent.
I am, somehow, less interested in the weight and convolutions of Einstein's brain than in the near certainty that people of equal talent have lived and died in cotton fields and sweatshops.

How many Axes are you going to make up?  I'm on the anime one and I hate anime.
I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011

Maybe there should be a review board to appeal unwanted Axis designations.
To sleep, perchance to dream. But in that sleep of death, what dreams may come?

Martinus

So, in my search for other shows to follow, I stumbled upon Shameless (US). The pilot was cool. Views from anyone who has seen both seasons?

Martinus

For the record, my current viewing roster (i.e. still running shows) includes:

American Horror Story
True Blood
Game of Thrones
The New Normal
Dexter
Glee
Modern Family
Shameless (US)
Community
Downton Abbey

So if anyone can recommend something else in a similar vein, be my guest.

Sheilbh

Maybe first series or two of Shameless (UK) :p
Let's bomb Russia!

I am considering getting this "Science of Battlestar Galactica" book. Worth it?

I do not hate you, nor do I love you, but you are made out of atoms which I can use for something else.

Meh.  Having one's take on cinema made fun of by a guy who thought Live Free or Die Hard was a good movie is the kind of problem you want to have.

I am curious what Money thinks is the better Wes Anderson film(s).
