Watched "How To Train Your Dragon" last night.

It was fucking awesome, one of the best animated films of the last decade.

They should make a sequel where the Vikings use their dragons to conquer England.
It is far better for the truth to tear my flesh to pieces, then for my soul to wander through darkness in eternal damnation.

Jet: So what kind of woman is she? What's Julia like?
Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.
Faye: Like an angel from the underworld. Or a devil from Paradise.

I do not hate you, nor do I love you, but you are made out of atoms which I can use for something else.

If Vikings gained access to trained Dragons, what do you think they'd do with them?

1.  There's no reason to believe that there is an England in their world.
2.  They aren't really very Vikingly, except in cosmetic terms.

but even more importantly, it's a fucking kids movie.  For the main character to go around burning monks and raping nuns would make a very poor children's movie.  The first two parts of your post were reasonable, but the third was abysmally stupid.

The Varangian Guard would have been that much more badass.

Ive been watching a Japanese TV series called Japanese that the Japanese dont know.
It is actually good. Unlike most trash the Japanese make.
Its about a school for foreigners learning Japanese in Japan. It is amusing, though kinda weird that they always make such elementary mistakes yet speak Japanese fluently otherwise.... Kinda backwards.

So,  Breaking Bad ends the series on a cliff hanger and its not going to start again until next summer. GAHHHHHHHHH.
Wonder how they'll squirm out of that one. Quite sloppy from Walter.

This is how the whole series should have ended, would have been awesome.

Probably use them as models for boat figureheads.
To sleep, perchance to dream. But in that sleep of death, what dreams may come?

They'd just take over the city themselves in that situation.
