Second episode of True Blood- so the Queen got killed by humans with guns...wtf? Can't vampires move at super duper speeds? Yet she stood there and let herself be shot...

Over here HBO Canada is offering it online, but I'd rather wait until Sunday when I can watch it in HD on a 42 inch screen.

The Mechanic. Pretty silly movie all in all. Kinda fun but managed to destroy my suspension of disbelief pretty thoroughly.

The Ghost Writer. Would have been ok without the clumsy attempts at making a political statement.

Unknown. Best of the three. Had some decent twists.
To sleep, perchance to dream. But in that sleep of death, what dreams may come?

Salt- What a strange film. I expected some sort of "Got to clear my name!" type thing and instead you have a film where you're basically rooting for the bad guy through most of it.
Quite a good short film though.

Its a silly fantasy series sure but I at least like such things to be consistant within the strange boundaries of their world.

I saw the movie Salt recently and thought it was pretty good. Had some different turns to the plot that I didn't expect, but which I think added to the movie.
