The new My Little Pony show with my daughters on that new Hub TV channel.

Pray for me.  :yuk:
I've been running into that show's fanatics all over the damn internet. <_<
It is far better for the truth to tear my flesh to pieces, then for my soul to wander through darkness in eternal damnation.

Jet: So what kind of woman is she? What's Julia like?
Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.
Faye: Like an angel from the underworld. Or a devil from Paradise.

You mean Wags isn't the only one?
To sleep, perchance to dream. But in that sleep of death, what dreams may come?

No. :weep:

Wait, what? I can't see avatars, does Wags have one?

Finished Ride With the Devil, the Criterion/director's cut version.  Amazing film, if a bit sluggish in points, but I don't believe there were many wasted scenes and can't see much that could be cut without disrupting the story.

Jeffrey Wright is perfect in the role of the reluctant black Confederatard.  9 slaves liberated of their old ways without the help of Whitey out of 10.
The medievals were only too right in taking nolo episcopari as the best reason a man could give to others for making him a bishop. Give me a king whose chief interest in life is stamps, railways, or race-horses; and who has the power to sack his Vizier (or whatever you care to call him) if he does not like the cut of his trousers.

Government is an abstract noun meaning the art and process of governing and it should be an offence to write it with a capital G or so as to refer to people.

I've lined up several My Little Pony pics, just for Tim.

So, I have seen three episodes of "Borgias" and it is pretty cool. If they showed more series like this when I was young, I might have gone into clergy.

Get thee to a nunnery!

Edit: Showtime is ripping off the Beeb, in a short period the beeb did "The Borgias", "The Six Wives of Henry VIII", "Elizabeth R" and "I, Claudius". Expect casting calls for red-head english actresses that can look old and young, quality actors that can stutter believably as well as "the brian blessed of this generation"
First Maxim - "There are only two amounts, too few and enough."
First Corollary - "You cannot have too many soldiers, only too few supplies."
Second Maxim - "Be willing to exchange a bad idea for a good one."
Second Corollary - "You can only be wrong or agree with me."

A terrorist which starts a slaughter quoting Locke, Burke and Mill has completely missed the point.
The fact remains that the only person or group to applaud the Norway massacre are random Islamists.

Chasing Mummies on the History Channel was so not what I had hoped for.  :(

Not too late.

Isn't it supposed to be the other way around? At least that's what I remember from the Abbott & Costello documentary.
