He has far more spare time than you or me. He has 1-2 movies coming out every year, and he's paid enough that he doesn't really need a side gig.

I looked up what he lifts.  Now there are some obvious differences.  He is about two decades younger.  But I can still bench more than him.  Where he does much better is his deadlifts and squats but he is also much shorter than me and that makes those lifts easier for him.  He also spends more time on his biceps and abs.  Maybe when I retire I will have the time to work in those routines more often.

But mid twenties me had a fairly similiar physic.  I am of course more handsome
