Episode 2 of Altered Carbon - Dr. Saroyan! :w00t:

Also two episodes into Altered Carbon. It almost has that Blade Runner vibe but whenever it gets close it cuts quickly away to a naked dead girl.

QuoteIt was announced today that Benioff and Weiss, creators of the smash-hit, Emmy Award-winning television series Game of Thrones, will write and produce a new series of Star Wars films.

These new films will be separate from both the episodic Skywalker saga and the recently-announced trilogy being developed by Rian Johnson, writer-director of Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

Just how many Star Wars films can there be until everyone gets sick of them?

I guess we are going to find out.  ;)

Disney's approach beats the hell out of George Lucas'.

Damn, HVC really is old.  :(

I've never been really into star Wars, and 2 of the last three seemed really lackluster to me.

*edit* didn't really care for the prequels either, but I had higher hopes for the newer stuff

I would've been far more excited about this news in 2016.

Enjoying Altered Carbon - don't really get the bad reviews. I mean, it's not going to change the face of sci-fi or anything, but it's perfectly enjoyable, with an intriguing plot and some fun ideas around the "your conscience is just data and you can switch bodies" conceit.
