I feel like both are realistic in what they portray: ... a WoW-type game development studio.

The Larch

I've been curious about The White Lotus for a bit, do you recommend it?

Yes, it has a good cast and some very funny moments in between the all on class warfare.

It didn't grab me. I found myself not caring for the characters, too cartoonish.

RIP Una Stubbs  :(

Quote
Una Stubbs: Till Death Us Do Part and Sherlock actress dies aged 84

Stubbs's acting credits include Worzel Gummidge, The Worst Witch, EastEnders and Sherlock.

Actress Una Stubbs, who appeared in some of the best-loved shows on British TV from the 1960s to the 2010s, has died at the age of 84.

She found fame in Cliff Richard's 1963 film Summer Holiday before starring in hit sitcom Till Death Us Do Part.

The actress went on to appear in shows like Worzel Gummidge, The Worst Witch, EastEnders and Sherlock.

Her agent paid tribute to her as "a wonderful actress" and "graceful, gracious and kind and constant friend".

After starting her career as a dancer, Stubbs became a fixture on the small screen in the 60s when she played Alf Garnett's exasperated daughter Rita in Till Death Us Do Part and the 1980s follow-ups 'Til Death and In Sickness and In Health.

The Mole - pretty good two part documentary about a Danish guy who rises to a prominent position in the north Korean friendship association, becoming close with that Spanish nobleman, under the instructions of a journalist.
Some really impressive stuff is openly filmed as they think he's on their side. International arms dealing ho.

Also right now on TV is an episode of who do you think you are- Harry Potter is Jewish. Huh. Didn't know that.

I've been watching two new shows, well one is new, The White Lotus and the other is on season two, Mythic Quest. Both are really fun.

I feel like both are realistic in what they portray: Upstairs downstairs in a Hawaiian resort and a WoW-type game development studio.
The special episodes of Mythic Quest were great.  The regular run of season two kind of meh.
PDH!

I just watched Spaceballs, haven't seen it in years. I got a lot of laughs out of it! Some funny, Mel Brooks type humor all around in it.  :D

I've finished season 1 of Kim's Convenience. I like wholesome comedy shows, but this might be a bit too saccharine even for me. I need a break after this. Also, Shannon still sounds WAY too much like an ex-coworker.

Watched the first two episodes of Atlanta. Really like it, but maybe a bit too heavy for me at the moment. So I've switched to Bob's Burgers. I liked the first two episodes, though it's not really blowing me away so far. Will keep watching for now, though.

Yeah, season 1 I felt was much stronger. The flashback episode was great though.

Dark Quiet Place, and the writer's backstory were awesome.

Season 1 was quite enjoyable over all. 2 was good, but all over the place.  I would be vaguely sorry not to have a 3rd season, but it did wrap itself up nicely.
PDH!

Brand New Cherry Flavor, first episode. Seems nice, I'll probably keep watching. In some ways reminds me a bit of I Am The Night. The chick is hot.
