Lucy - Wasn't expecting much given the reviews, but ended up being worse than I expected. Besides how stupid the film is in many parts (the whole 'humans only use 10% of their brain' myth is one of my pet hates), the main issue is how terribly unrelatable and unlikeable Lucy becomes once she gains her powers.

Is that the movie in which Scarlett Johansen makes people drop dead with her mind?

Adore. An Aussie film. Imagine the Lonely Island song "Motherlover" was made into a movie. It would hopefully be funnier than this. Though other anti-funny adaptations of sketches like MacGruber and Superstar suggest that's not a given.

I digress. This movie is not a comedy. It's an indie drama about two women(Naomi Watts and Robin Wright) who have affairs with each other's son. This works out well, until it doesn't. Not very exciting, but it was ok. BTW, Watts playing milf characters makes me feel old.
