I swear, I didn't know there was a kindergarten there, I just really needed to pee.

Is that your excuse for what happened with garbon as well?
No, there is never an excuse for that kind of thing.

That's not what you said before. <_<

I still find it remarkable that Americans make that kind of information so freely available.

Americans must hate personal privacy. :(

Convicts don't have squat for rights.  They can lose their right to vote and even (*gasp*) their guns.

Outstanding warrant doesn't mean you have been convicted of anything.

I think it does in this case, to wit:

And that sounds like a "three-strike" system to me.

Maybe the State he is in prefers T-Ball where no one strikes out?  :P

We tend to not like the idea of the government issuing arrest warrants in secret.

Who's Minsky's friend? Madoff, Millken?

Minsky doesn't have friends.

Minsky doesn't need friends; he has an entire Institute.

So it's better to warn bad guys ahead of time that an arrest warrant has been issued?  We should give them a head start to give them a sporting chance?

I see Mr cop Seedy still hasn't responded.
Are we sure he was ever really a cop?

I think his Nick should be changed to SirRaven.

Generally it's seen as bad taste to throw someone in jail without giving a reason.
I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011

The way I sees it, people arent going to hop onto the site daily to check if a warrant is out for their arrest. And if they are, they are expecting one and are going to be on guard whether its published or not.

The only warrant terms I ever wanted or needed to know were SERVED or OPEN.

And Minsky's a filthy New York Jew;  he doesn't have friends, but Illuminati brethren.  And the Black Man for muscle.
