Tell us about your mother.
She's a very amazing person.  She can't stand Vonn either.

i'm sure she'd be agreeable to being put on all fours :P
Being lazy is bad; unless you still get what you want, then it's called "patience".
Hubris must be punished. Severely.

I'm guessing that unlike most of the male posters here, DGuller's mother doesn't look at Vonn as a potential sex partner, so this wouldn't inprove her opinion of Vonn any.  Or did you mean that DGuller's mom seems fuckable enough?

I guess I am scarred in some way.  As a racing fan, these days I want to gag when hearing "Danica Patrick".  If there ever was a vapid marketing excercise disguised as a sports person, she is it.  Of course, it isn't fair to Vonn, unlike Patrick she's actually good at what she does.

Patrick has won a race and managed to finish third in the Indy 500. She may not be the next Mario Andretti, but that counts as "good at what she does" imo. Plus, if she was racing other women she'd probably win a lot more.

As for Vonn, she's a great athlete, attractive, and winning medals for Team USA. What's not to like?
To sleep, perchance to dream. But in that sleep of death, what dreams may come?

Not really.  Indycar talent pool is incredibly shallow these days.  Winning one race on fuel economy, in 5 years, in a top car, means very little.  Marco Andretti won a race as well, and nearly won the Indy 500, but I don't think anyone other than his dad/boss still think that he's capable of anything.  Patrick may be competent in her little niche, but she's not good at all.

So if you were one of the Top 15 actuaries in the country, but not #1 would you be "not good at all" as well?

Only the top 5 get endorsement deals.
In Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and the Renaissance. In Switzerland, they had brotherly love, they had five hundred years of democracy and peace—and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock
