You cannot hug a child with nuclear weapons (or an aircraft carrier).

No, but you can generate 400,000+ gallons of potable water a day with one, which is what they need immediately.
Plus transport that water and other supplies, food, medical teams and other personnel to the country. Many helos that can be flown from them allow fast transport, especially to remote areas. And the carriers have good medical facilities on board. In short, they can provide a lot of assistance.

Wonder how they will handle that since the Port is basically destroyed.
Colonel Caliga is Awesome.

The carriers don't need to dock, and I assume they likely wouldn't regardless of port facilities or not.

Unless the Seabees will also take care of unloading for every other Nation sending help, it's not going to be easy.

Edit. Well nm, the seabees aren't what I thought they were.

 My father in law was a Seabee who was in Vietnam (and yes, was even under fire).

They are already incredibly desperate.  If anything, a normal person would feel even worse for them.  Even if Haiti has made a lot of poor decisions, I don't think any nation deserves to be leveled with such a devastating earthquake.

Also, you are a fantastically racist fuck and I hope you die in a fire.

I think Slargos is worth more than several thousands of violent 3rd worlders that are barely self-aware.

Gotta love the Siege persona.
