Kokanee is nice, but for some reason, I can't find it anymore around here.  There used to be tons of ads too, but it's no more.
Alexander Keith is good, the blond one.  I often buy that when it's on sale.
I don't do meditation.  I drink alcohol to relax, like normal people.

Keith's is great. back in tha day (early 80's) it was only available in NS. Whenever anyone from NB went there, we would bring back a 24 or 3.
