I kept scanning the crowd shots for a monumental gleaming forehead but did not hit pay dirt.

I was dressed up as the Bengals Stormtrooper today.

They don't show him on TV much anymore.

The Raiders have Gradkowski? I have bad memories of him when he was with the Bucs. He's pretty awful. And there are rumors he was involved in the Toledo point shaving scandal a few years back. Wouldn't pin any hopes on him.
He's the best shot they have.  Well, except that they cut Jeff Garcia before the start of the season.  You know, the Jeff Garcia that has been making marginal offences respectable for years now.
I do not hate you, nor do I love you, but you are made out of atoms which I can use for something else.

Are the Saints going for the X-Box 360 Achievement points in Madden 10 this game?  Hahaha, wow.

It was a thing of beauty, that second half.

They never show him on the scoreboard, either.  Maybe he gave up on the team after last season.

I didn't actually do it ;)

FWIW, with today's game being in late afternoon, I took my kid to the pumpkin festival rather than spend the extra 3 hours tailgating :goodboy:

Christ, Tony Dungy's voice would make a comatose patient want to kill himself.

Was just thinking the same thing.  I hope for his former players' sake he has a different locker room persona.

Those Card's secondary impress me more and more. Wilson. :w00t: Also, I would've loved to see that Rolle throw caught by Fitzgerald.

Well, the Patriots just had their last two games against the weakest teams in the league. Won the games easily at least, rather than struggling or playing poorly. Now it remains to be seen how they continue to fare vs the league contenders.

NFL is floating the idea of a London team? Not sure if that's any kind of reality thinking or just a whim being tossed about by the sports media. Seems a long way for teams to go to play, or for the London team's away games, and bigger time zone differences, even compared to team travel between the US east and west coast.

I like this idea. The NFL should try to keep some continuity though. The only way this would work would be to send New England back to Old England. I am sure most of the people in the country would applaud the league for this move.

Not sure about a Londong expansion. When NFL Europe folded there were five German teams and a Dutch team in it with the English/Scottish teams long gone. Hell, the Monarchs alternated their home town with every game. Germany, I'd say, remains the biggest European market for football.
