This could be another example of Wales handling this better than the other nation (though the circuit-breaker which I hoped would work in autumn didn't). They're fewer deaths, they're way ahead on vaccines and are just a lot better at getting jabs in arms and out of storage.

Although I'm not sure they're making that big a change here. From what I can see the Welsh cabinet discussed the possibility of allowing more people to mix and small events but decided against it. But they are re-opening indoor hospitality, international travel, holiday accommodation in Wales, theatres, cinemas etc. So I think the only changes are they're keeping the rule of 6 outdoors and not re-opening sports venues for limited crowds etc? Which is pretty limited.

I'd really just rather the governments got on top of quarantine etc for new arrivals. I think that still needs far more work.

Edit: Johnson's doing a conference at 5 - so probably local lockdown measures?

So Covidiots are holding a rally in Mauthausen, in front of the largest former concentration camp in Austria. They originally wanted to hold inside the compound but they were denied by the committee that maintains the memorial. So they stood on a tractor trailer with an Israel flag playing Adolf Hitler speeches. And apparently a Palestinian shouted something against Jews.
