Nah, they are very different from real whites.  Plus, it isn't just the skin tone.  Hair colour, eye colour, shape of the nose, mannerisms, etc etc.  It is very easy to tell they are not whites.

Technicality  In general westerners are a lot more sensitive and careful about discussions about race.
