I would say the dog ban has moved from catagory #1 to catagory #2 overtime thanks to Western Cultural influence.

I've no idea, although I'd venture the Saudi Arabia bit is about trying to reclaim a largely defunct islamic tradition.

without the option of adding bacon, that delicious meal is still lacking in deliciousness. Bacon is Stronger than any "god". It's Bacon!
