I've been hearing about the dementia test forever. When exactly did he take it?
Two years ago.

I think he's probably taken it again since. I still wonder about that sudden trip to Walter Reed at like 10pm one night late last year.
Let's bomb Russia!

Yes. God knows Languish has seen its share of dementia emergencies, even the POTUS probably isn't immune.

Supposedly he took it during the Walter Reed trip? But I might mix it up.
I am, somehow, less interested in the weight and convolutions of Einstein's brain than in the near certainty that people of equal talent have lived and died in cotton fields and sweatshops.

Is it believed that he actually did "pass" the test (tested negative for dementia)?

He claims that he did, but then, if he was senile, he'd claim that anyway.

YOu can find the test online.  It really is pretty simple, not hard to imagine Trump could pass it.

And I would think that if Trump should fail a basic cognitive test that his cabinet might step in with the 25th amendment?  Right?

Given his claim that "the last few questions are really, really hard" (they are not at all difficult except to senile olds), one would think that even passing the test with enormous difficulty would make the cabinet consider the 25th Amendment.

Well except his cabinet are all servile and afraid of Trump, apparently.  I think they would need 100% proof positive justification before resorting to the 25th.

Why do you think that? They're not there because they think he's competent.

The Minsky Moment

Turns out he took a modified version of the test.

The current version requires recall of the words: face, velvet, church, daisy, red.

Trump's version had: very, very, very, bigly, covfefe

Good news is he did really get them in order.

Why do you think they're all "acting"? To prevent a 25th amendment move.....

I just went through the list - only 2 cabinet members are acting.

They'd never do a 25th Amendment move, as that would only serve to put someone in office who would likely kick them all out.

25th Amendment would put Pence in charge...
