I won't even dignify cultish word counting with a response.

I will.  I bet every regular poster here has posted sentences with 14 words in them.

:(  Woulda worked if you'd said "fourteen" instead of "14," because numbers are not words, unfortunately.

That might be true, but how many of those have eightyeight in the post?
The medievals were only too right in taking nolo episcopari as the best reason a man could give to others for making him a bishop. Give me a king whose chief interest in life is stamps, railways, or race-horses; and who has the power to sack his Vizier (or whatever you care to call him) if he does not like the cut of his trousers.

Government is an abstract noun meaning the art and process of governing and it should be an offence to write it with a capital G or so as to refer to people.

According to Propublica's records, the percentage of Angus King voting with Schumer is actually 83%, not 88%.  At least this past Congress.  The 114th was actually 88% and the 113th was 95%.  Their combined Congressional overlap period yields a 89.7% agreement rate.

I'd say that you were doing an excellent parody of the paranoid left, but I don't think you realize at all how much of a parody you are.

Junior is stupid and his ideas are dumb, but the fact is that Maine has a demographic problem and immigrants are probably the only solution.  Junior is exaggerating things to an absurd degree, but "straight up white genocide talk" is an even worse exaggeration.

Repopulate is absolutely what white supremacists who talk about white genocide say.
It is far better for the truth to tear my flesh to pieces, then for my soul to wander through darkness in eternal damnation.

Jet: So what kind of woman is she? What's Julia like?
Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.
Faye: Like an angel from the underworld. Or a devil from Paradise.

Jr. Using neo-nazi rhetoric. That's some white genocide bullshit he's peddling. And the sentence he uses 88 in has 14 words.

What he said was stupid enough.  Obsessing on numerology stuff (even if he intended it, which would also be stupid) just makes the arguments against them look kinda silly. Reminds me of the 'ol YTMND "OMG secret nazi" memes.

Yeah, no need to try to find secret meanings.

QuoteFALFURRIAS, Tex. —Gun-carrying civilian groups and border vigilantes have heard a call to arms in President Trump's warnings about threats to American security posed by caravans of Central American migrants moving through Mexico. They're packing coolers and tents, oiling rifles and tuning up aerial drones, with plans to form caravans of their own and trail American troops to the border.

I'm pretty sure that the name for a number is a word, whether it's written as "fourteen", "14", or even "XIV".

[I'm pretty sure that the name for a number is a word, whether it's written as "fourteen", "14", or even "XIV".

Numbers can be written in words ("fourteen") or numerals ("14," "XIV").  Numerals technically are not words; they are numerals - mathematical expressions.  Some numeral groups have become non-mathematical words, though, like "24/7."  But mostly I just wanted to write a fourteen word sentence to see if Rain Man even noticed.
