Canada didn't exist

I believe the term Canada was officially applied to the area in 1791. It was called that informally for awhile before that, of course.

Don't feel too bad Canada.  Trump also thinks the US government is a national security risk.

There were no Canucklehead units, but there were Royal Marines and Colonial Marines, plus artillery units, and they (as well as the regular units) could conceivably have had some Canadian members.  That listing of units is very incomplete, which is why you should never rely on Wikipedia for details.

General Ross was killed in action 19 days later, attacking Baltimore.

Well, with him in the Oval Office, it is.

I've never trusted Canada. It isn't natural for people to move to a frozen wasteland. On the surface, they seem polite and nice, but they say the same thing about serial killers. Canadians are psychopaths, each and every one.
They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.

I'm embarrassed. I've been making the mistake of associating with you. It won't happen again. :)

That's fake.  It's from a movie.  This is from a real Canadian TV show:

Ah. So what are the people living there in 1812 called then?

:hmm: I don't know about each and every one, but a lot of them are lawyers, come to think of it.
