I felt no better informed after watching that MSNBC bit so I googled up this.

It doesn't bolster your case when you shout down the person you've invited on to present the indictment.

CFIUS prepares a report on these deals but unfortunately its usually classified .  So we don't know the most basic fact which is the reasons for approval and/or what concerns were raised and how they were addressed.

That said, one can make an educated guess.

I have never felt better informed by watching MSNBC.  Misinformed, yes.  Never better informed.
