Pathways & Palates: Kamouraska

Shot in French, with english subtitles.  It makes you discover part of my home area, part of the geography, part of the local culinary traditions.  Some of the businesses mentioned&seen are our clients.  The first local in the video is my dad's second degree cousin, my 5th neighbour to the west (used to be 4th, but pop growth is catching on to us ).

At 3:19, to your right, that is our lands, the part we rent for agriculture.  In the distance, some of the garages/storehouses we use for our business.

My father lives further down the slope, to the right, I live at the very end of the road, to the left.

Around 5:00 is one of our clients, we built all his stuff for his cheese making operations, as well as the farm for his sheeps.
