Considering all the stuff I could have died doing in my younger days, I would be very disappointed if I went out like that.  Very disappointed.

Depends if you consider all of Canada of just where we specifically live&work.
In my case, the risk is non existent.
I don't do meditation.  I drink alcohol to relax, like normal people.
