So I was reading the Guardian recap of a new reality show about Tatler, the magazine for posh people and this totally ruined my day:

1) Posh people really, really love their dogs. One of Tatler's best-selling issues featured a corgi on the cover. This is not just a window into the curious mind of the Tatler reader, but an explanation for why their style advice often features lines such as: "The Whippet has over taken the pug as the chic dog de jour," and why every editorial meeting seem to include mention of a dog – "What is Tatler porn? Is it labradors gamboling?" – and why there is also a dog in the office. All of which brings up terrible memories of the events of 2013, when Alan TBH Plumptre, Tatler's staff daschund, met an unsightly end in a revolving door. RIP, Alan.

Admit it, you watch the programme as well.   

I saw the last 5 minutes as I tuned in for something else, I'm sure it's heavily edit to conform to a stereotype, as the people who spoke seemed uniformly dim witted.

Particularly as Hawaii has a much higher minimum wage than $7.25.

Surprised ND is so cheap, considering how much I've heard about the inflated housing market there.

Is that map pre tax or after tax? I'm suspecting its on pre tax income, because it was released by a tax foundation, and Alaska is lower than average (despite notoriously high costs). ND is low tax, so that might explain it.

A double quarterpounder, large size fries and large coke is $7.10, however.
