Anyone know how much a single night with a high class hooker would cost?   Just curious.  They have them on TV all the time without really discussing prices.

At least 300. Unless you are talking Eliot Spitzer high class, then $1000 and up.

Saw someone driving with several bumper stickers about the existence of Sasquatch. I then noticed they had a license plate holder that read "Resident of the State of Jefferson."

Watch Cathouse on HBO if you really want to get a feel for it.

Jet: So what kind of woman is she? What's Julia like?
Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.
Faye: Like an angel from the underworld. Or a devil from Paradise.

On Craig's List 300 roses seems to be a common starting point, so convert that to whatever your local flower shop charges.

What a beautiful day!  I'm thinking of firing up the grill, and grilling a lil' something.

It's hotter than balls here.  The Pacific Northwest was not built for 100F temps for a week straight.

This has been our second coolest summer on record.  It got to about 81F this afternoon.  I'm kind of liking this weather.

Well, I just watched some strange shit.  The local PBS channel didn't have it's usual fare.  Instead it was Australian football (though it took me a while to figure out what they were doing).  What a weird game.  Next, a Russian news broadcast.  The anchor woman looked like some kind of  high price call girl doped up on Opium.  I went to their website.  They have something called a "Russian women guide".  I guess it's like a user manual or something.  I'm trying to find that weird slutty newscaster.
I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011

Adam was sitting all alone in the Garden of Eden one day and feeling very alone. Then God spoke to him, saying "Adam, I will make for you the perfect companion to enrich your life and make the days pass pleasantly!". "She will be perfect for you in every way. She will fulfill all of your desires and anticipate your needs. She will be intelligent and empathetic and will be able to stimulate you both physically and intellectually. She will help you in all of your endeavors and be the perfect partner and confidant. She will be all of these things until the end of your days, never growing old or undesirable and only increasing in intelligence and attentiveness to your needs as the years pass. All it will cost you is one arm and one leg." To this Adam replied, "What can I get for a rib?"

QuoteLouisville Set to Register Coolest July on Record
Stephanie Sanders July 28, 2009, 2:24 pm

Throughout the entire month of July, the National Weather Service in Louisville has yet to record a high temperature of 90-degree or above – and that means Louisville is on track for its coolest July on record.

July ends Friday, and forecaster Nathan Foster says it doesn't look like the mercury will hit 90.

"We're expecting low to mid 80s all the way through the end of the week," says Foster. "Right now it looks like Thursday is going to be our warmest day, we're expecting about 85 in Louisville. It's possible if we got a little more sun, we could pop up to 90 degrees, but it's looking pretty doubtful right now."

Foster says if that's true, it will be the first time ever Louisville hasn't recorded a high temperature of 90 or above in July.

The National Weather Service's temperature records go back to 1871.

Foster says the cooler temperatures are the result of a persistent low pressure system over the Great Lakes.
