A few rules that newspapers should consider when trying to write an April's Fool article.

1) Don't publish it April 1st at 00.01
2) Have more than a late night shift editor read it over.
3) It's not required. If you can't think of anything good, don't.

Just learned that Brazil (or as the natives like to say, "Braziw") recently passed France and the UK to become the world's 5th largest economy.  Had no idea.
