A fine list; I'd remove History and The Civil War and add Anime.

Thinking it through, I'd remove pro football as well.  Someone may as well be excited about his pro football team.   :(

I feel the same way about Turtledove; but it seems to fuel Tim's Alt-History maps which is why I kept it on my black list.

Anyway, if you want kids, 28 isn't a bad age at all - I've always regretted starting at 40.
