The fact that a knife with a locking blade is illegal did seem surprising, as I do have one of those I carry when I'm backwoods camping, but most of the rest of British knife laws seem sensible (but not the rounded tip one).

I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. Our governor is Jewish and he blamed George Soros.  This was really weird.  Two stories  also appear that probably inform the governor's decision to resign.  The General Assembly attempted to subpoena some records my Greitens mysterious backers.  Greitens lawyers tried to stop it.  Today that failed and a Judge said the documents had to be handed over.  It was also reported that the FBI was already involved and looking at him for campaign finance violations.  Taking donations from foreign citizens.  About two hours after Greiten's announced he would resign the prosecutor's office involved in the felony invasion of privacy accusation announced that she and and Greitens lawyers "reached a fair and just resolution of the pending charges."  That sounds like a plea.

British laws generally run on common sense.
A camping knife on a street corner will get you in trouble.
A camping knife when you're obviously camping in the countryside is fine.
