Depending on how it's done, it's probably a combination of "tu coque" and "gish gallop".

What I mean is the kind of thing you see where people will say this to defend themselves against being called that. Often saying it before someone has even called them that but also when someone (often accurately) labels them it.
Not necessarily a bigot; I commonly see the pre-emptive version with nazi.

e.g.
A: "The loony left will just call anyone who disagrees with them a nazi! In my opinion we should gas the gays"
B: "Thats pretty damn literally nazi ...."
A: "Ha, see, you just call anyone who disagrees with you a nazi"

Perhaps "well posioning".

Claiming your opponents call everyone who disagrees with them a Nazi in order to make Nazi arguments; you have preemptively "poisoned the well" against accusations of Nazi-dom.
