I sit very low & put my desk low too.

Surface is 26 inches off the ground.

I'm wondering about the proper height for my desk.
It's the proper ergonomic height at the moment.... But I increasingly think this seems too high and less comfortable than something lower would be. Hmm

The rule of thumb I always used is that the desk should be low enough that it's not too high, but high enough so that it's not too low.  If you can achieve both those things, then the desk will neither be too high nor too low.

That's fine for now. Just be careful when the Bear family comes back to the office.

I have never heard anything about similar situations in Sweden. I'm not an expert on this AT ALL. There are many aspects to this but the short version is that I doubt this exact thing could be enforced in Sweden.
