:hmm: Kind of an odd thing for a traditional Muslim to say.  Then again, this is the same dude who supported the Serbians in their genocide against the (Muslim) Bosnians.

Hardly a traditionalist.  They guy was pretty close to a communist for a long time before that sugar daddy kicked the bucket.  Then he went on his Africa thing.  I don't think he was ever an atheist but he is very much a secularist.
I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011

Accidentally bought a burrito with beef in it.

I hate doing that, because I don't ever know whether to throw it out, or just eat it because the gesture would be futile.  So I ate half of it.

A less ridiculous looking version of Galactus.

You can't possibly deny that a world devouring eldritch abomination looking like a giant man in purple armor is ridiculous.

No more or less ridiculous than Cthulu, or whatever that tree thing is.

Now, personally, I don't think it's a terribly conceived take on Galactus, but the purple-armor, we-see-him-as-we-believe-him-to-be, like-Neil-Gaiman-came-up-with-that-shit Galactus is better.

What's in your normal burrito?

The cheesy bean and rice ones at Taco Bell.  I thought a cheesy potato one would be similar.

Election is to be held on September 15th. I wished the PM would've waited 3 weeks so I could be out of the country during the retard v. retard tv duels we're bound to have, but eh, life is a bitch.

I do deny it.  And I've been less than impressed with every attempt to 'reimagine' Galactus in recent years.

Moreover, I deny that Galactus is an 'eldritch abomination'.
I do not hate you, nor do I love you, but you are made out of atoms which I can use for something else.
