Malapropisms and your heads of state/heads of government

So we have all heard about Bushisms but do your presidents, monarchs and prime ministers also frequently commit gaffes or miscommunicate?

Here is a choice from our current President:

- "We are working on a strategy of the exit from NATO" (when talking about a NATO exit from Afghanistan);

- "There was a flood last year, there is a flood this year, so probably people are already used to it" (when talking to flood victims);

- "Water has such quality that it collects and constitutes a threat, and then flows down to the Baltic Sea" ( same)
