Colours were pretty vague, so I went with:

Green - places I've lived.
Blue - places I've visited on multiple occasions
Orange - places I've visited at least long enough to sleep
Pink - places I've stept foot in, but not slept

I kept blue to places that I've seen a lot of. So while I've been now to Quebec several times, I certainly have not seen most parts of the province...and so only some of the sights.
