Not exactly, although it's close.

Essentially, a clusterfuck, as far as I understand it, is a situation that is messed up and complex to the degree that it is impossible to resolve/improve it, and also (often) impossible to name one guilty party or take sides. It's a situation in which you do not even know how to approach it.

For those leveling an alt and now starting in Northrend, there is an important change to flying that I only discovered because people told me about it.

Essentially, until now you could only buy Cold Weather Flying (the skill that allows you to fly in Northrend) for yourself when you hit level 77.

Now, at level 77 you can buy a Bind-on-Account book (price is the same - 1000 gold) that teaches Cold Weather Flying (one use only) BUT that can be used by a character as low as level 68.

So this means that if you already have one level 77 character, you can buy it for your 68+ character and teach him to fly in Northrend.

Coupled with the fact that the slow flying mount was buffed from 80% to 150% speed, this makes leveling in Northrend much faster and easier.

My orc (hit level 74 this morning) is cutting through quests in Borean Tundra like a hot knife through butter.
