Quote from: Threviel on February 22, 2026, 09:40:28 AMToday we are all Canadians, 1-1 now and let's hope the glorious Canadians  rush the imperialist pigs.

Too many chances missed by the Canadians; I hope they won't regret it. Plus some penalty that could have been called against the Yanks (too many men on the ice).  :hmm:

And now a penalty rightfully called against the Canadians (high-sticking + bleeding).
First power play for the Yanks.

DGuller

Can't root against the US, even with the background of it all.

Over now, 2-1 for the US, clean and clinical goal for as sudden death. Too many chances missed by the Canadians
The iron law of ice hockey strikes again.

I much prefer 5 vs 5.

Getting ready to make IEDs against American Occupation Forces.

"But I didn't vote for him"; they cried.

Congratulations on your Wolverines, Grumbler.
In Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and the Renaissance. In Switzerland, they had brotherly love, they had five hundred years of democracy and peace—and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock

Thanks.  This year is probably peak winter season enjoyment for Wolverine fans. MBB national title, WBB elite eight, hockey final four and still playing. Plus outstanding new football coach.

NIL has been very good for Michigan.

It's great to be a Michigan Wolverine!
