I haven't been on a scale in years but I am rather certain I am "80-99 kg = 174-217 lbs."  If the the upper limit for that was just a bit lower I would have a harder decision but I am sure I'm not over 217.  I am a bit overweight, though I am not likely to do much about it at this point.

When I was eighteen, I got perilously close because of sugar soda, at a weight of about 165 but with a lot less muscle than I have now.  Cut it, dropped back into the 150s.

Then when I was in law school, I realized I was heading toward 180.  I actually have no idea how I lost that weight.  I think I quit eating out as much.

I'm about 180. Throughout college I was around 160, but then I moved up to 180 during law school. Then last summer I added another 15 pounds. I changed my diet and worked out for a couple weeks and shed those extra 15 pounds quickly.  :showoff:

the only time i was really ever fat (chubby, more like) was in 5th and 6th grade. broke my leg in gym class in one of those exercises where you run to a point, turn, run back to the start, and then run to a further point. at the turn i broke a main bone in two places. they put me in a wheelchair, and i gained about forty pounds within a few months: hit around 180. then a growth spurt evened me out, i lost the weight, and the years of naturally incredible metabolism have kept my figure

i did gain weight while dating a fat chick for six months (comes with the territory, i suppose?), but it was only five pounds or so. lost that quickly after i broke it off

I was 5'10" and 130lbs in 2008, but put on about 30 pounds within a year on a regimen of SSRIs, cheesesteaks, and beer.  And it all went straight to the gut of course.  Still hovering around 160.  And still 5'10".  Had an awesome bout of food poisoning a couple months ago that let me drop 5 pounds in a weekend.  :thumbsup:

I know how tall Sheilbh is since I met him several times. I had an impression he is about my height.

I am at 195 pounds for 6 feet tall, at around 20% body fat which will decrease incessantly over the next three months.

Probably around 11stone 4 lbs, I think I need to put on a few pounds of insulation for winter.  :bowler:

I just shat and I'd say it was about half a pound.
