Hi Guys,
I was looking at the bookmarks from my old life and saw Languish. Can't believe I haven't been here for years - my post count is zero again. The good memories all came back.
I have three excuses for my absence: Languish went secret for a while. I wrote 2 books. I changed 2 countries and had my third baby.
How have you all been?
Kill the fatted calf! :)
Gaijin!
Good to see you
What's new and where are you at? And what are the books about?
Me, I'm married (to the girl in the painting you bought from me, as a matter of fact). I live in a house, still in Vancouver. Got a dog, but no kids. Working on writing as well, but I only have short stories out so far.

Gaijin, good to hear from you.
Sounds like you've had plenty of reasons to be absent from this quite corner of the interwebs.
Oh... now I see your sig. So that's what you wrote :)
Finished uni...ish. Moving to Japan next week. Myeh.

It's killed for you :) have a good chunk!
Hey Gaijin, by any chance does your wife have any friends that might be willing to correspond with a somewhat eccentric Southern Mormon? You could maybe pitch it as English practice. If they're willing to dress up as anime characters that would be very helpful, but not a dealbreaker if they aren't.

Hi Jacob! So I have the painting of your beautiful wife on my bookshelf! I love that painting, and have been treating it well through the years and through my travels.
I'll go read your stories. I have a few shorts too, but not too many...
I'm in Geneva again, made another circle.

Wow, nice. Enjoy Nihon! Which place are you going to?
Woah.
How long have you been gone?
Everything sucks. Glad you're well, good to see you. :)

How long have you been gone?
For about 3 years, I believe. In my defense - I did make an attempt to rejoin, but was ignored.

Well, you've been missed. :)
Anyway, I'll have to check out your books. About Aztecs, eh? Interesting.

Ah, Yamanashi-ken. I haven't been there, but looks like a nice place.
I'm launching the first novel in my Aztec series. Will see how it does.

Thanks Malthus! :D
Welcome back
We are all a few years older here, which has made little difference to the old men of the forum; but I think has changed the nature of the place
Welcome back, GdM!
Nice web page, though your store doesn't seem to actually sell anything. I like the layout.
Iromnically, I am also in the book business these days - part-owner of Military History Press. http://militaryhistorypress.com/
I take it you are flash-printing your book. Good luck with that. If you can find the right audience, that can really take off.
Howdy Gaijin. LTNS.
Edit- This is Eddie Teach, btw.
Welcome back.
I'm one of the one's who have gotten married. I'm in North Carolina now.
I'm new but welcome back. :)
Welcome back! You're a good poster
I went to Korea for two years to teach English, convinced Tim to come too, and returned to the US early this year. Now I'm looking at going to China or Korea again.
Hi Gaijin, nice to see you again. :) Austin Briggs, eh? ;)
Glad to see life's treating you well and that you're still writing. I've recently slipped back into the saddle.
Let me know if you ever cmoe close to Vienna. :)
Welcome back, GdM. I can't remember if I liked you or not. Probably didn't.
I'm still a nasty shit.
Welcome back!
Captain Carrot on the old board, BTW. Just don't say it too loud or Siege will start going off about namechangers again. :P

Was Siegebreaker even here when GdM was posting before?

Here, but not all there.
Welcome back. :)
Welcome back Gaijin,
Its been a while :D
