I think his comedian credentials trump the usual lawyer, entrepreneur, and "social activist" (  :rolleyes: ) credentials of the usual gang of idiots who get elected.  :mad:

Obviously that was a long time ago but that was one of my favorite eras of SNL as it had Phil Hartman who I do think was hilarious.

I did enjoy his Stuart Smalley bit though.

Just because you work with people who are talented does not make you talented yourself.  See:  Pauly Shore, the Ankh Warrior.  You'll get no argument from me that people like Hartman and Miller are giants in SNL history.

Suddenly it is obvious why you live in Mississippi (which did not ratify the 19th Amendment until 1990 or something IIRC).
