For me it's "What we have here is a failure to communicate."
I also like "We don't need no stinkin' badges," but the opportunity doesn't present itself as often.
"There it is"
from Amadeus IIRC

Don't recognize. Where from?
May the force be with me (used mostly when I buy stocks).
"But I poop from there!"
Honestly? It's a nothing little line that my dad always used, so it always gets a chuckle within the family (and most importantly there are plenty of opportunities to use it):
QuoteGrab a brew - don't cost nothin'.

Can't drive. But I can wait. Until stars burn out if you don't make up your mind.
Pain can be controlled.
Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn.
Almost all of the random things I say during are from random "older" movies. I'll try to pay attention tomorrow.
"I'll be in my bunk." Great way to leave a room.
"Why should I change? He's the one who sucks."
"It's not an insignificant detail, Michael!" Like when we're leaving for Europe in four days and my wife checks to see that her passport expired a year ago.
Do I detect something in your voice that says I am in disfavor with you?

The not uncommon situation where I'm doing what I want and others are left following me saying this is the wrong thing to do:
"Who's the more foolish...the fool or the fool who follows him"
Ash nazg durbatulûk, ash nazg gimbatul,
ash nazg thrakatulûk agh burzum-ishi krimpatul
"If you want me just whistle"
"I'm not much more than a simple [insert job title] and not very knowledgeable about such things."
Just look left. ;)

I've used quotes from that scene before. :)
My old supervisor in Germany and I had whole workplace conversations in Airplane quotes.
Especially this part:
QuoteCaptain Oveur: I can't tell.
Rumack: You can tell me. I'm a doctor.
Captain Oveur: No. I mean I'm just not sure.
Rumack: Well, can't you take a guess?
Captain Oveur: Well, not for another two hours.
Rumack: You can't take a guess for another two hours?
"I believe you have my stapler," usually followed quickly by "That's it, I'm going to have to burn the place down now."
Occasionally, "Snooch to the nooch."
"I'll be back."
A classic: "Skiiide godt, Egon!"

"I'd buy that for a dollar!"
"Would you like to buy a monkey?" To remind The Wife she sucks at choosing movies for us to watch, from the worst movie ever Cabin Boy.
Do or do not. There is no try.
I'll be back and hasta la vista are pretty common for me too. :hmm: Theres a few more, not sure wich I actually use the most.
"There's something you don't see very often!"
Excuse me while I whip this out.
Yeah, sure, Old Time Hockey! Like Eddie Shore.

Belay my last. Looked it up again and he says whip. For some reason I thought he pronounced it weird with an S at the end, which make no sense anyway. And now I look more like a moron than normal. Weird how memories can get distorted like that.

Probably the movie line I use the most is 'Disconcerting'.

I'm working as a talent scout for a major record label these days. You'd be amazed how many concerts I leave.
Lots but there is one I always do when my kids ask me if we can do something.
'We can. And we will.' From 1993 Gettysburg. In my best Martin Sheen as Robert E Lee impression.
Still not sure which ones I use the most, but a couple of my favorites are:
"You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means."
and
"Have fun stormin' da castle." Is always a fun way to say goodbye to someone.
"Have fun stormin' da castle." I use this sometimes too; I love this phrase. :D

My kids were very confused until they finally saw the movie. :D
Another one I've used a couple times is "Hate to see you go but love to watch you leave."
