I've been watching their alpha release videos for a while now:

It's pretty much what it says on the tin - you design (and run) a prison. They keep adding new layers/mechanics with each alpha release and it's pretty fascinating to watch.

I tried it a about 4 months ago, was still pretty buggy but interesting.   When it's released it will definitely be pretty cool, not sure of its current state, though.
