Even after reading this and seeing the Kitchen Nightmares ep, they just seem too cartoonishly insane to be real. God help Phoenix.

Saw this a few days ago and watched the episode on Youtube.  It's almost more than believable, but it is apparently true.  Well worth watching, just for the whole trainwreck experience.
