WTF did I answer that gave me Trump at 65%?  :hmm:

Eddie Teach

A weird thing I noticed, it said I agreed with Cruz on "Science Issues" because there was one question in that category and I said we should spend money on space exploration. However, there was an earlier question about global warming where I said the government should regulate to stop global warming, which Cruz thinks is a hoax.

I see that I've turned into Captain Crunch as the years have gone by.   :(
In Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and the Renaissance. In Switzerland, they had brotherly love, they had five hundred years of democracy and peace—and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock

I wonder what ever happened to him :hmm:

You know, I went to check his website, because I guessed he might have somewhat liberal positions in social issues (I got 40ish percent myself). But his platform just has six issues in it  :D

Bloomberg just announced he will not run because he doesn't want to split the Hillary vote and give the race to The Donald.

The electoral vote estimations from his campaign.

He was obviously aiming for a Sanders vs Trump scenario.

Government related, so I decided to put it here.

John Oliver's expose on special districts is eye opening. Anyone here been screwed by one?

It is far better for the truth to tear my flesh to pieces, then for my soul to wander through darkness in eternal damnation.

Jet: So what kind of woman is she? What's Julia like?
Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.
Faye: Like an angel from the underworld. Or a devil from Paradise.

Ah, unaccountable low-level layers of government. Which country doesn't love those?

Admiral Yi

I don't think these are layers of government at all.  i think they're geographic areas with legislated tax surcharges.

It was probably all those dick questions.
I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011
