 What a pretentious pass.

Quote

Mitt Romney said Sunday that GOP presidential candidate Ted Cruz winning two primary states this weekend proves the Texas senator can stop front-runner Donald Trump, but declined to rule out his own White House scenario.

Romney, a former Massachusetts governor and the Republicans' 2012 presidential nominee, repeated remarks from last week, telling "Fox News Sunday" that he wouldn't launch an eleventh-hour campaign for president. But he declined to reject being "drafted" at the GOP convention in July to be the party's general election candidate.

SNL's "Voters for Trump" commercial from last night--

That was good.
That actually sucked.

The whole "Trump is literally Hitler" angle just isn't very effective, on par with "Obama is a Kenyan socialist."

The first reveal or whatever was great.  Should have made the others more subtle or stopped after the first.

It wan't good at all.  A good spoof would mock people for the simplistic slogans they started with, because those are dumb enough.  Touching upon hidden racism would've been fine as well, if subtly done.  But that overt racism bit was just sledgehammer comedy, and was neither funny nor biting.

Martinus

Yup, unless the goal was to actually mock the anti-Trump rhetoric (which I doubt), that had the sublety of a sledgehammer.

Romney 2016. Let America be ruled from Salt Lake City and Heaven.
Winner of THE grumbler point.

You're suggesting electing Romney and then assassinating him?

It is far better for the truth to tear my flesh to pieces, then for my soul to wander through darkness in eternal damnation.

Jet: So what kind of woman is she? What's Julia like?
Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.
Faye: Like an angel from the underworld. Or a devil from Paradise.

After such a devastating loss, Cruz should just drop out.

Jesus, that is just plain depressing. The only one close to Trump is the one who would actually be even worse...

There must be a misprint or something. Donald Trump assured us he was the best with hispanics.
