I don't understand why Bill would be leaving. Would it not make more sense for Hilary to leave? She'd be POTUS.

She already did.

She already did.

And so did Chelsea.

It's more convenient for everybody.  :yeah:

I still don't get how the Clinton Foundation is a conflict of interest. It's a charitable foundation, the money goes to charity.

ZH is a weird blog - it poses as anti-establishment and muckracking as against the financial industry but also acts as a mouthpiece for plutocratic hedge fund types that like to push their cranky, goldbuggy theories.

It's a conflict of interest because people donating money to the foundation make the Clintons happy.

So Bill is to resign from the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation (now to be renamed just Clinton Foundation), thus belatedly realizing what we all knew all along - it's been a massive conflict of influence for years and years.

Again ins proper GOP hands the Clinton Foundation would be excellent ammunition against Hillary.  But watch Trump implode even further. <_<

Conflict of interest, or influence-peddling? I'm not sure what is meant by "conflict of influence".

I don't understand why Bill would be leaving. Would it not make more sense for Hilary to leave? She'd be POTUS.

Conflict of interest.

And I believe Hillary is already long gone.

Heard on CNN that Donald has "indefinitely postponed his speech on immigration."

 It's probably overblown like everything else about the Clintons, but the conflict is there.  Or at least the appearance of one, which is more or less the same thing.

Not the Onion folks. This is real life!

QuoteWHEAT RIDGE, CO (KDVR/CNN) - Donald Trump's campaign has some young blood among its leadership.

And by young, that means 12 years old.

In one of the most important counties in swing state Colorado, Donald Trump is relying on 12-year-old Weston Imer, who runs the Jefferson County operation for the Trump campaign.

Jefferson County is one of the most populous counties in Colorado and is part of the Denver metro area.

Is it time to resurrect the conspiracy theory that Trump is the agent of Clintons?

The Big Stink(tm) today is apparently how the Crown Prince of Bahrain had touched based with Huma through the Clinton Foundation for a little face time with the Secretary of State when she was free.  Yeah, that Bahrain.  Hope of the motherfucking 5th Fleet.

I can see how the more paranoid out there think the Clinton Foundation or Clinton Global Initiative can sound like something out of the Bond villain catalog, but it's not exactly Dick Cheney generating energy policy with his fossil fuel buddies.  There's not a single dollar that isn't accounted for--coming in or going out--with the Clinton Foundation.

Mountains and molehills, once again.

So, libertarians.
I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011
