I like how most European countries (with some exceptions) have the language as top search term - then you look at Greece:

Though it seems Brazil takes the cake in that regard. Overall nothing too outrageous, in general - teens, milfs, the occasional incest fantasy (sisters, moms), porn actors and actresses etc. In Peru/Chile, the internet is for gays?

Number 1 in Palestine "family".

Half of the top 10 in Japan are gay.

Number 10 for the Philippines is "straight (gay)".  What the fuck does that mean?

Number 3 for Nigeria is a simply "thing I jack off to"

As Jake pointed out all top 10 in Peru are gay.

The number one search for almost entire deep south is "ebony".

I wonder why gay searches are much more common in Asia and S. America then they are in North America or Western Europe.  For instance there is no gay search in the top 10 for Belgium or the Netherlands but some gay raincoat thing is number one in Ukraine.  Pakistan's number one search is something about gay Indians.

Well I think that depends on the power and influence of the gay communities. I bet that a French gay can find a "date" without necessarily using the internet since there are clubs, informal gatherings, groups and societal events catering to gays. A gay from Cambodia is like a fish on the land: surrounded by hostility in his personal circle, he has to turn to the internet for finding other gays (and in an anonymous manner).

Plus it talks about how porn is more readily accepted in western societies so the searches are not confined to a minuscule slice of statistical anormality.

I think incest videos (making and marketing them) are prohibited in a lot of places and people just use the internet to look for them (the "mom and son" romanian example is just that). As far as I know, the incest industry is very strong in Japan and Russia and as you'd expect in countries where it's legal to do it, there are virtually no "incest" words in the top 10 search statistics.

Actually, as I think about it, the gay searches in Asia/South America could also be associated with "breaking the taboos" idea, therefore the searches could come from straight curious people, in addition to real gays.
