I'm very pleased by this. AoE2 with its expansion was the only "traditional" RTS I ever got into and played extensively; and the stuff you could do with scripted missions was pretty amazing for its time (there was a fan made retelling of Seven Samurai that was amazingly well done, among others). I sold my CDs long ago, and have been looking for a legit download version ever since.

Even though the price of 17.99 (pre-purchase) is a bit high.

I still have the original CD.  It still gets a spin every now and then.

I still got the original CD. Its still in storage for years.

But I still enjoy the game, looking forward to this. As syt said its a lot of euros so I hope I can stomach to wait it out till a sale.
