I've tried cooking with it a good bit. The healthy part is true. The filling part is not true. You need to pair it with things that have flavor and body, because it has neither on its own. Some of my better experiments involved putting it in salads and stuff like that.

Tall I may be, but thin?  Even at my height, 267 lbs is not thin.

You're just big-boned.

I cook Quinoa a couple times. It is very easy to cook.

I didn't like it. I found it didn't mesh well with my diet. The flavor was just fine though.

Let me know if you like it!
Winner of THE grumbler point.

If you want filling and nutritious go old school: barley and lentils.

Then I'm out of ideas lol. Although I do recommend, if you don't already use them, whole grain and hulled barley rather then pearl. I think you can use barley with the hull too, but I don't know how apatizing it would be.

Take any recipe that calls for rice... replace rice with quinoa and enjoy.

I wish I'd been online earlier as here's my answer:

Damn it seemed like you were thinner than that.  Or maybe it is just your face that makes me remember you being skinnier.

Tonto's head shot certainly looks more svelte than 267.
