Indeed.  I'm an articulate man.  Perhaps Yi's problem is Yi's. :hmm:

Anyway, I can't take off work even if it were free, since I've got to continue working till I take a week or two off for hardcore bar study (I'll be studying prior to that, just not ten hours a day).  This is, granted, assuming the hearing goes well. :x

I could only make it up if it was on a weekend, and Jan. 12th, 13th and 26th are also out.  Other than that no preferences.
