Why does he keep doing this? It is not why people voted for him. Now he continues another Bush policy of the military tribunals. Full story:

Yeah, there's a thread on this already. I think the thing is that Pres Obama is trying to utilize the tribunals as they've been properly used for a long time, unlike the mess the Bush admin made things.
