RISSA: Fjord Line's new ferries will start sailing across the Skagerrak during 2013 and, according to the company received a special design which will make crossing the high seas more comfortable.

The DOF is actually what's making it hard to guess, but it looks like the upward tilt is around 30-35 degrees.
