What, your mother never told you that paying people businesses hundreds of dollars to carve a "tribal" design into your skin wasn't a good investment?

Nice try. Fixed it for you.

We support small business.

Meth is a local business as well.  Now that I think of it, the two do go together pretty well.

Total ignorance on your part.

It's symptomatic of poor decision making.

You're clueless

You keep saying that, but fail to explain why.  Tell me, how has that tribal tattoo enhanced your life?
I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. It's your opinion. Based on your closed world. I dont have to explain why. I have not made any assertion pro or con in regards to tattoos. You need to explain the ascertions you have made.

Tribal tattoo , do you even know what it is?

Inform me how "it" or "they" have unenhanced my life.

Tribal tattoos are abstract designs, usually a series of curvy and irregular stripes.  I have no idea why they are called "tribal". How have they unenhanced your life?  I never actually made that claim, but I can take a stab at.  You spent several hundred dollars to pay a person to draw pictures under your skin for no discernible benefit.  Presumably this is a fashion statement of some kind.  A way to advertise some sort of achievement or your inclusion into some sort of group.  I can see why this would be a bad idea.  Fashions are transitory while tattoos are largely permanent.  Something that is cool today, may be absurd and silly tomorrow.  Even worse is the way words and images change meanings.  An word or phrase meant to indicate fierceness may develop a slang meaning in five year that means "I like it up the ass".  For instance a man might earn the nickname "Bear", in the army because he is a large and formidable fighter and has the word transcribed on his skin. However, the word has also taken on a sexual connotation as there is increasing popular awareness of the gay culture use of the term.  This newer connotation may be highly undesirable for the former soldier  and he must either spend money to get it removed or tolerate many people assuming he is gay.  Another example might be a guy who served in Arizona national guard in the 1920's.  The guy is proud of this and gets tattoo to commemorate this and includes the unit insignia in the design.  20 years later everyone who sees this tattoo makes an immediate judgment, and will usually respond negatively.  The Arizona national guard was part of the 45th infantry division the symbol of which was the was a swastika.

I don't see that as an issue. You can easily just add an explanatory footnote to the tattoo.

I'm just curious 11B, tribal what?  I mean, tribal's technically just the style.  Vine wrap, I'm assuming?

For me, 0.

I wouldn't mind getting inked, but I'm so indecisive that I know I'd regret any I picked probably halfway through the drawing.  I'd turn into a mess of cover-ups and wrecking balm attempts pretty fast. :D

You stated "Tell me, how has that tribal tattoo enhanced your life?" I countered how has it unenhaced it. Scroll back to read your assertions about tats.

Wrong and obtuse on your part.

Again that's your opinion. I'm not here to convince you.

Ramblings. I have no lettering in any language. No military symbols. But, others do. Why? Who cares, that's what they want to do.
